Two Choices Outpouring vs Persecution

two choicesOutpouring vs Persecution

There are two ways to unify people in the Kingdom of God. The first one is to activate a spirit of unity that comes when people get on one accord and connect with God simultaneously. The Spirit of God brings people together and empowers them to overcome differences with the help of the Holy Spirit. That’s like an upper room experience.  Unfortunately, that doesn’t always happen.

Another way to activate a unity move of God is a lot more uncomfortable. It is persecution from the world. For example, Many missionaries to China have said that as long as the Chinese church was under great persecution, the gospel spread. But as soon as the pressure and the persecution let up, people tended to become lax in their faith.

Both paths  —an outpouring by the presence of God’s path and persecution path will draw people closer to God and will usher in kingdom advancement. Right now, the church Is being challenged by God to choose a path. The American church is standing at a fork in the road between these two choices. The election is spurring that choice. Why? There is much dissension, confusion, and misinformation around this election. Some people are disheartened because of prophetic words that were spoken concerning Donald Trump. Others are strengthened because of the same prophecies.

What do you do? You allow the agenda and heart of God to be your giro-scope. Let God be the factor that points your direction. Then match your political agenda to what matters to God. That makes your other choices easy. The issue is not Democrat or Republican, or Trump or Biden. It is light vs darkness & God vs satan. When you look to your left and right do you see people who are aligned with the agenda and the purposes of God? Do you see people who are contending in the spirit for a move of God that will reposition this earth and this nation after the heart and agenda of God? Or do you see witches, abortionists, pedophiles, and others who are rejoicing and hoping that this fraudulent election will stand?

Emotions around this election are high, it is difficult for some people to make the differentiation between a person and the policies of a party they are affiliated with. In addition, those policies and parties carry consequences spiritually that impact the kingdom of God’s development in the earth. It’s not personalities but rather policies that impact our lives. These governmental policies determine the spiritual direction our nation takes. God is challenging the kingdom to rise up, take dominion and change the direction the kingdom of darkness is aiming for.

That takes us back to The Crossroads of outpouring vs persecution. God gives his people choices. We choose to step up to a higher level of calling to take our righteous governmental authority in the earth. God told Adam to subdue the earth, take Dominion, and exercise authority. That path requires that we fight and defend the territory God is challenging us to occupy. This election is like that. It’s similar to the children of Israel when they had to choose whether they would go to battle with Joshua and Caleb or if they would bow in fear and say they were not able to occupy the land.

The church is well able to overcome this opposition in this election and help the kingdom establish a path towards outpouring by the presence of God and activating a move by the Holy Spirit. I believe that God is offering us this higher choice, but we will have to fight for it.

The other option is to bow. It is to yield to a demonic spirit that says it has the right to usurp the authority of the church of the Lord Jesus Christ and allow policies that are an abomination and an insult to the God we serve. If we allow that fear to stay, if we give in and quit and yield to policies that are deceptive and evil, then God will allow us to live with the consequences we choose. And rest assured the end of those consequences will be rapid and intense restrictions upon the whole church. It will intensify and speed up accelerated persecution, unlike anything we have ever seen in this nation.

There are those who say the nation is divided and that the nation needs to be unified. Acceptance of unrighteous and ungodly policies is not unity. It is subversion. There are others who say, “whatever happens is God’s will.” To them, we say God gave the church keys to the kingdom, and humanity a free will. Partnership with God is a choice. If we choose to stand; If we choose to hold up the banner of righteousness; If we choose to decree the word of God, listen to the heart of God, and take actions as God gives us instructions on how to overcome and defeat this enemy, that stance will open portals and give us keys.

These keys open portals that unleash an anointing. They give us power, grace, and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit we have been praying for. So what do you choose? Moving forward in this decade requires that EVERY BELIEVER IN JESUS CHRIST DO 7 THINGS.7 Things You Must Do

As for me, I choose Path number one. I pray that we rise up. Take our authority as believers and hold fast to our confession of faith without wavering. We must contend to the end and allow truth, justice, honor, integrity, patience, and righteousness to prevail.

There is an anointing that parallels each of these words. That anointing is a key. These keys open a door. Truth is the key to freedom. John 8:32 (NKJV) “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 14:17 (NKJV) “the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

Integrity is a key that grants the power to perform a promise. Numbers 23:19 (NKJV) “God [is] not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? 1 Samuel 15:29 (NKJV) “And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor relent. For He [is] not a man, that He should relent.

Patience is a key to grace, mercy, and justice. Isaiah 30:18 (NKJV) Therefore the LORD will wait, that He may be gracious to you; And therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the LORD [is] a God of justice; Blessed [are] all those who wait for Him.

Righteousness is a key that gives us access to help and the saving grace of God. Isaiah 56:1 (NKJV) Thus says the LORD: “Keep justice, and do righteousness, For My salvation [is] about to come, And My righteousness to be revealed.

Truth is the key that gives us access to the release of the kingdom of God and his covenant in the earth. Isaiah 61:8 (NKJV) “For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery for burnt offering; I will direct their work in truth, And will make with them an everlasting covenant.

God is releasing these keys in the earth to those people willing to align with his will and who will believe his word and his prophets. You will have to be patient. You will have to walk in truth. You will have to honor justice. And you will have to contend in the spirit for what God has told the church we can have in this nation. You will have to be patient.

This is a Psalms 2 moment. It is a fight between raging heathens and the power of God. It is a fight for the wide or the narrow Gate. Gates are defined by policies that are written by people. A lot of people can not differentiate between the personality of Donald Trump and the spiritual ramifications of the Democratic Party platform. And many of those people are disconnected from truth, honor, justice, righteousness, integrity, and yes even patience. They are confused. That confusion has created a perfect storm of distraction for the church. Because while people are caught up in the election details, the enemy is working diligently to create the next storm.

The next storm will be far worse than the pandemic and the coronavirus. The next storm will challenge your freedoms at levels never before seen in the United States. The next storm, which is a matter of weeks or months away will shake most people to the core. And if you are not anchored in Christ, you could suffer some grave consequences. That is why you must choose to anchor on the side of God and his agenda. But you cannot be seated in places with witches, abortionists, pedophiles, and those who are releasing an antichrist spirit and expect God to be there with you. You cannot choose a side that’s outside of God’s nature and expect God to come over there with you. There is no blessing from God in the council of the ungodly.

Psalms 1:1 NKJV
Blessed
 is the man

Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful…

God will always be on the side of life. That path may be more difficult and less crowded but that’s where God is.

“Enter by the narrow gate;
for wide [is] the gate and broad [is] the way that leads to destruction,
and there are many who go in by it.
14) Because narrow [is] the gate and difficult [is] the way which leads to life,
and there are few who find it.
Matthew 7:13-14 (NKJV)
