The brothers of faith and patience.
Quitting is not an option. So let me introduce you to two amazing brothers. They are called faith and patience.
I hate waiting. I detest waiting in line. In fact most things I would rather do without then stand in a line to get in. There is very little in life that I consider important enough for me to stand in line to get.
But when it comes to possessing something that God has promised you, you’ll have to master the discipline of learning to wait. Sometimes you have to wait while he fights on your behalf. Other times you will have to wait while he brings circumstances into alignment with his will.
In this season of waiting, we are tempted to think a whole lot of crazy stuff. We think that God has forgotten, or that he is no longer concerned about our situation.
Other thoughts like it doesn’t matter anymore. It’s not that important. I don’t care anymore. I feel like giving up. I just want to go home to be with my heavenly father. Heaven is better than this maybe it’s time for me to get up and go. This stuff is crazy. Nuts! Insane!
Now there are times when we should prepare to leave this earth, but not a minute before we have finished the work God has prepared for us. Therefore, it is important to know that these are mental deceptions that sent to convince you that the reward of what you are waiting for is not worth it. Don’t believe the lies.
This is when you need to become friends with the twins of faith and patience. Faith and patience will help you endure any circumstance. Faith will help you work through this circumstance, and patience will give you the grace to look at something in one realm recognizing that your vision exist in another.
Eventually you believe that what you see in front of you is not the real thing. Patience gives you the discipline to wait until your change comes. And rest assured, change will come! But only If we continue to walk by faith while we are possessing our soul. Patient will help you take ownership of your mind, Will and emotions. You need to own these yourself so you will not become a slave to wrong mindset.
Faith and patience will help you see beyond the wall. The wall represents the oppositions you face. Faith gives you eyesight like a radar that goes through the wall and sees what lies beyond it. And patience helps you get through the process until the wall goes away and you walk through it.
