For years I have spent each November doing a year in review. I learned long ago that in order to create a strategy for what is to come, I need to have a clear picture of what I have already been through and what I have already accomplished.

I call this process January in November. Most people wait until the beginning of the year to get with God, pray / seek his face, then set their goals. I have learned that if we wait until January to activate this process, we are already behind schedule.

This year I put my action planning strategy  into a journal / workbook to help other people follow the same process that I have done for years.
